Terms and Conditions aposta1 — Clear Rules for Playing Safely

By creating an account on aposta1 or using any service available on the platform — including Sports Betting, casino games, deposit and withdrawal features, or participation in promotions — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms and Conditions described herein.

Continued use of aposta1 following any change to this document constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with any point, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User" or "Player") and aposta1 (hereinafter "Platform" or "aposta1"). Any questions about a specific clause can be clarified with the support team via live chat or at contato@aposta1.best.

To create an account on aposta1, the User must meet all of the following requirements simultaneously:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age at the time of registration.
• Be resident in Brazil and hold an active, valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not be listed on any gambling self-exclusion registry in Brazil.
• Not being an employee, partner, agent, or immediate family member of an aposta1 employee.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Aposta1 may request documents at any time to verify the User's eligibility, including a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), proof of address, and a verification selfie. Failure to provide these documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure.

Registration on aposta1 is personal and non-transferable. Each CPF may be associated with only one active account on the platform. Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same CPF — even if created with different details — will result in the closure of all accounts and the freezing of balances pending investigation.

The user is responsible for the security and confidentiality of their aposta1 account credentials (email and password). aposta1 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in the account dashboard.

Any activity carried out using the User's credentials is considered their responsibility, unless they notify aposta1 immediately upon identifying unauthorized access. If account compromise is suspected, the User must:

• Change your password immediately via the security dashboard.
• Contact aposta1 support via live chat to request a preventive account block.
• Check your access history in the account security section.

Aposta1 will never ask for your password, full banking details, or verification codes via email, SMS, or support chat. Any communication requesting such information should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported immediately to the platform's security team.

The User may request permanent account closure at any time through support. Upon closure, available real balances are returned to the account holder via Pix, subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus balances are not returned in the event of voluntary closure.

Aposta1 accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian players:

• Pix — primary method, processed in under 30 seconds, available 24/7 including weekends and public holidays. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00.
• Boleto bancário — generated by the platform and valid for 24 hours. Cleared within 1 to 2 business hours. Minimum deposit: R$ 30.00.
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and Hipercard. Credited immediately. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00.
• Mercado Pago — instant approval. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00.
• PicPay — instant approval. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00.
• TED bank transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, or any Brazilian bank. Processing follows banking hours. Minimum deposit: R$ 50.00.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet held by the same CPF registered on aposta1. Deposits from third parties — including family members — are automatically rejected and returned to the originating account.

Aposta1 does not charge fees on deposits. The deposited amount is credited in full to the User's account, in accordance with each method's processing time. In the event of a technical failure to credit a confirmed Pix deposit, the User must provide the receipt with the End-to-End ID to support for resolution within up to 15 minutes.

The User may request a withdrawal of the available real balance from their account at any time, subject to the limits and conditions below. The primary and recommended method is Pix, with a processing time of up to 10 minutes.

General conditions for withdrawals at aposta1:

• Withdrawals must be processed to a bank account whose CPF matches the one registered on aposta1.
• The first withdrawal requires identity verification (KYC) — submission of a photo ID and a selfie. Once approved, subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically.
• Minimum withdrawal amount via Pix: R$ 30.00.
• Minimum withdrawal amount via TED: R$ 50.00.
• Prize withdrawals above R$ 50,000.00 may be subject to additional review with a processing time of up to 48 hours.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must be converted to real balance by meeting the applicable rollover requirement.

Aposta1 does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, the User's bank may charge fees on outgoing TEDs — these charges are the bank's sole responsibility, not the platform's.

Aposta1 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security verification, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes. In such cases, the User is notified with the reason and estimated resolution timeframe.

All bets placed on aposta1 are final once confirmed by the User. The platform does not accept cancellations of already-confirmed bets, except in the cases outlined below.

Canceled or postponed events: If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and the staked amount is returned to the user's balance. For postponed events, aposta1 waits up to 48 hours to confirm whether the event takes place. If it does not occur within that window, all bets are voided.

Odds error: aposta1 may void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds — whether due to typos, system errors, or delayed updates that produce odds significantly out of line with the market. The user is notified by email and the staked amount is refunded. aposta1 makes every effort to minimize such occurrences.

Cash Out: The Cash Out feature is available for most live markets on aposta1. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time and may be higher or lower than the original stake, depending on the current state of the event. Partial Cash Out allows you to settle part of a bet while keeping the remainder active.

Combo bets: In parlay bets (multiples), if one of the events is voided, the parlay is recalculated without that event — the multiplier is adjusted proportionally.

The aposta1 casino section includes slots, live blackjack, roulette, crash games, and other titles provided by third-party suppliers. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player) information available on the game screen.

Aposta1's casino games use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. Progressive jackpots are live counters that accumulate bets from all players and are paid out according to each title's specific rules.

Technical failures during a casino game session — such as internet disconnection, server outage, or software error — are handled in accordance with the game provider's policies. Generally, bets left incomplete due to a technical failure are voided and the amount refunded. aposta1 cannot guarantee the continuation of a session interrupted by factors outside the platform's control.

The User acknowledges that casino games involve inherent financial risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes. aposta1 encourages setting time and spending limits before starting any casino session.

Aposta1 offers welcome bonuses, seasonal promotions, and VIP Program benefits, all subject to specific conditions. By accepting any bonus, the user agrees to the particular terms of that offer, which are clearly displayed before activation.

General rules applicable to all aposta1 bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance — separate from the real balance and not directly withdrawable.
• To convert bonus balance into withdrawable real balance, you must meet the rollover requirement specified in the promotion (e.g., 5x rollover on the bonus amount).
• Bonuses have an expiration date — once expired, any unused bonus balance is automatically removed.
• Each account (CPF) is entitled to each offer once only. Welcome bonuses are exclusive to new registrations.
• Aposta1 reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions with at least 24 hours' notice, except in cases of detected abuse.
• Bets placed before a bonus is activated do not count toward that bonus's rollover requirement.

Aposta1 employs active monitoring to identify bonus abuse — including betting on both sides of the same event, bonus use across coordinated accounts, or any strategy designed to fulfill the rollover with minimal risk. In such cases, the bonus may be cancelled and the account investigated.

By using aposta1, the User agrees to maintain appropriate conduct and to refrain from any activity that harms the platform, other users, or the integrity of the games. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any non-human tool to interact with the platform.
• Manipulation of sports or casino results — directly or indirectly.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonuses or to circumvent platform restrictions.
• Use of aposta1 for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts or aposta1's systems.
• Publishing offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content on any platform communication channel.

Aposta1 actively monitors patterns of suspicious behavior. Detection of any of the practices listed above may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and, in the most serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities.

Aposta1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, at any time, in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Suspected fraud, match-fixing, or money laundering.
• Detection of an account belonging to a user under 18 years of age.
• Request by the User themselves (voluntary self-exclusion).
• Enrollment in a national gambling self-exclusion list.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, aposta1 notifies the User by email with the reasons for the restriction and the estimated timeframe for completing the review. During this period, the balance is preserved but cannot be moved.

In cases of account closure due to a serious Terms violation, the balance may be forfeited following documented internal review. The user has the right to contest the decision by submitting evidence to support within 30 calendar days of notification.

Aposta1 believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional pressure. The platform provides the following tools to help Users stay in control of their activity:

• Deposit limits — configurable by day, week, or month, directly in the account dashboard.
• Loss limits — sets the maximum amount the user is willing to lose within a defined period.
• Temporary pause — locks account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently terminates account access. Once activated, it cannot be reversed.
• Full history — detailed statement of bets and transactions available at any time.

Aposta1 prohibits any form of encouragement toward compulsive gambling. Our marketing campaigns are not directed at individuals in treatment for gambling addiction and do not promote gambling as a solution to financial hardship.

Aposta1 is not liable for financial losses resulting from a user's betting decisions. Users acknowledge that Sports Betting and casino games carry an inherent risk of losing the staked amount and that outcomes are never guaranteed.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit, aposta1 reserves the right to correct the balance without prior notice, returning only the amount that would have been owed to the User under normal operating conditions.

Aposta1 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes are communicated to active Users by email with at least 7 days in advance before taking effect.

Urgent changes driven by regulatory updates, court rulings, or security risks may be implemented immediately, with simultaneous notice to the User. In such cases, continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), and the legislation applicable to Sports Betting platforms in Brazil.

Should a dispute arise between the parties from the use of aposta1 that cannot be resolved amicably through support, both parties elect the court of the user's domicile as the competent jurisdiction, waiving any other, however privileged.

Aposta1 encourages amicable resolution of any dispute before any legal action is taken. Complaints can be filed through the customer support channel, with a response time of up to 5 business days for complex matters.
